Are you insured?
Yes we are a licensed and insured company.
Do I have to sign a contract?
We do not ask our clients to sign a contract because we want to have you as a client based on your satisfaction and our service. If for any reason you need to discontinue our service or cancel an appointment we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled cleaning.
Do I have to be at home while you clean?
You do not have to be at home. We just ask that you leave us a way to get in, whether it’s a key, garage code, etc.
What day and time will you show up to clean?
All cleaning is done by appointment. We will work together to set a specific day and a time for our regular clients.
Can I reschedule or skip a cleaning?
Yes. We ask for a 48 hour notice if you would like to reschedule or skip a cleaning due to being out of town, having company, etc. If you are unable to give 48 hours notice you will be charged for your cleaning as per usual. Please notify us by phone in the event of a cancellation.
What if I need extra services on occasion?
Just contact us and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request! We provide one time cleaning for events and special occasions as well.
Can you clean with my personal cleaning products?
Due to the nature of our company we provide all our own supplies. We may have to deny your request to use your cleaning supplies if they do not fit within our company guidelines and concepts. If there is something specific you would like our cleaning consultants to use in your home, just ask and we are happy to discuss it with you. We try our hardest to provide you with safe and healthy cleaning and thank you for understanding that we source the highest quality natural products we can find to cleanse and purify your home!
How and when am I charged for services?
All billing is done for the month ahead.
Are your housekeeper’s employees or subcontractors?
All our housekeepers are employees of Greenclean, LLC and are on payroll.
Do you background check your employees?
Yes. All our employees are background checked before official hire.
What if I’m not happy with the way things are being cleaned?
We want you to love our cleanings! If you are not happy with something, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do all that we can to make it right.
Can we hire one of your workers independently?
All Greenclean, LLC clients may not solicit our employees to work for or be contracted by you. If you would like to hire one of our workers to work independently for you or anyone affiliated with you, you must contact our office in writing with a request. If Greenclean, LLC approves the request, there will be a one-time referral fee of $1800.
